Administrative Assistant (Temporary) | $20/hr | Full-Time | Burlington, VT 

Westaff is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a full-time temporary assignment. This position is expected to last 1 month , with the possibility of an extension based on business needs.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• 30-minute lunch break
• 40 hours per week

Pay Rate:

• $20.00 per hour
• Weekly pay

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties
• Enter and maintain accurate data records
• Request and manage MSDS/SDS documentation
• Send text message communications as needed
• Fax, scan, and organize documents
• Enter work order information into company systems
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for basic data tracking and reporting
• Create and edit documents using Microsoft Word

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
• Strong data entry and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and basic Excel functions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• Strong attention to detail
