Bilingual Warehouse Staffing Recruiter
$22.00/HR + BENEFITSBelmar Integrated Logistics is hiring experienced recruiting professionals to support high-volume staffing for warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, and light-industrial positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates.
Manage candidate pipelines and follow up throughout the hiring process.
Assist with applications, onboarding, and new-hire coordination.
Recruit for warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, production, and light-industrial positions.
Support job fairs, hiring events, and client staffing needs.
Maintain organized recruiting records and meet hiring goals.
Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
Previous staffing, recruiting, talent acquisition experience.
Staffing agency and high-volume warehouse recruiting experience strongly preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with online job boards and applicant tracking systems preferred.
$22.00 per hour
