We're a fast-scaling DTC brand with a fully custom, privately developed product and huge room to grow in the market — currently doing $150k days . We're hiring the editor who becomes our editing engine. This is the final piece of the team — once this seat is filled, the roster is complete and we scale hard toward $300k/day . We want the person who wants to be part of that. You'd join a team of top-tier ecom talent you can learn and grow with: 15 editors, a media buyer, a CRO, a CMO, a COO, and 13 strategists. To be clear up front: this is not a general editing gig . You need real direct-response knowledge — you edit ads that sell, not videos that look nice. If you don't understand hooks, hold rate, and why the first 3 seconds decide everything, this isn't for you.

What you'll do

• Turn raw footage, UGC, b-roll, and AI assets into finished, ready-to-run ads
• Deliver 10 finished ads/week , each usually with 3 hook variations
• Work from our strategists' briefs and add your own instinct for what converts
• Own the fundamentals: hook pacing, retention, captions, sound design, music, motion graphics, clean exports
• Turn winners into fast iterations so we can scale them

Who we need

• Direct-response knowledge — non-negotiable. You edit for conversion and you know your numbers (CTR, hook rate, hold rate).
• Grit and extreme dedication — we move fast and test relentlessly; you keep up, hit deadlines, and don't drop the ball.
• Speed with quality — you hit volume without the work getting sloppy.
• Self-direction — take a brief, run with it, flag better ideas when you see them.
• Reliable communication and strong English, working remotely.

Must-haves

• Proven experience editing direct-response ads for Meta/TikTok/YouTube (not corporate or event work)
• Strong command of your editing stack (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut — tell us which and why)
• Captions, sound design, music, and motion graphics to a professional standard
• A portfolio of ads you personally edited that actually ran and performed

Compensation: 2-4k $ base + uncapped performance bonus. Base depending on experience and talent. xhyhwjd Can be higher for a true killer, base wont be why you say no.
