Location Remote (Occasional Travel Required)

Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an SAP CPM Consultant on behalf of our client in a Remote location. This role is ideal for an experienced SAP professional with deep expertise in SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM) and project financial management processes. The consultant will be responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of SAP CPM solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, finance teams, project managers, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM) solutions to meet business requirements.

• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional SAP solutions and system configurations.

• Support commercial project planning, budgeting, cost control, revenue forecasting, and profitability analysis activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrated business processes across SAP modules.

• Ensure seamless integration between SAP CPM, SAP Project System (PS), SAP S/4HANA, and related applications.

• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, test scripts, and user training materials.

• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support deployment activities.

• Troubleshoot system issues, provide production support, and recommend continuous process improvements.

• Partner with project stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption.

Required Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM) .

• Strong understanding of commercial project planning, project budgeting, cost management, revenue forecasting, and profitability analysis.

• Experience working with SAP Project System (PS) and project-related financial processes.

• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO integration and project financial postings.

• Experience with SAP implementation, system configuration, enhancements, testing, and production support.

• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and develop functional specifications.

• Strong understanding of SAP integration scenarios and cross-functional business processes.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience creating process documentation, test cases, and implementation artifacts.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA environments.

• Prior involvement in large-scale SAP transformation or implementation projects.

• Experience collaborating with global business and technical teams.

• Knowledge of project financial reporting, forecasting, and portfolio management processes.
