Job DescriptionEverforth ECS is seeking a Systems Administrator to support its work in Quantico, VA office. Primary ResponsibilitiesSupport the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting enterprise network, server, virtualization, storage, firewall, and supporting infrastructure.Support Windows Server and Desktop infrastructure and associated enterprise services.Develop and implement Splunk dashboards.Oversee the nightly backup process including media swaps at the data center.Manage the patch download and deployment for the Microsoft components using WSUS.Provide end user support for USMC web application including troubleshooting issues in a multi-tier web application, user provisioning, and answering general questions.Support infrastructure upgrades, lifecycle planning, cybersecurity requirements, and vulnerability remediation.Maintain and contribute to technical documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and annual system documentation reviews.Other duties as assignedJob RequirementsRequired Qualifications2+ years of relevant experience systems administration, or a related discipline.Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent education, certifications, and experience.Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, virtualization, enterprise storage, backup/recovery, and infrastructure monitoring.Strong cross-platform troubleshooting skills and the ability to independently research, diagnose, and resolve complex technical problems.Working knowledge of cybersecurity hardening principles and secure enterprise environments.U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.Must possess DoD 8140 certification, (CompTIA Security+ CE) or obtain within 90 days of employment.Ability to work on-site at MCB Quantico.Salary Range: $85,000 – 135,000General Description of BenefitsJob DetailsJob Type: Full-timeCategory: End User Support & ServicesSalaried: Salaried
